STATUTE 1 - PLAYER BEHAVIOUR

Statute 1.1 – Player Conduct

All players are expected to maintain respectful and responsible behavior while participating on the server. The following rules govern acceptable conduct:

1.1.1 – Unauthorized Account Access

The use of another player’s account without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Logging in under another player’s username

• Sharing login credentials

• Gaining access to another account through any means, with or without malicious intent

Violation of this subsection may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban.

1.1.2 – Protection of Player Property

Players must not destroy, modify, steal, or otherwise interfere with the property of another player without express permission.

This includes:

• Buildings and structures

• Storage containers and their contents

• Vehicles, redstone contraptions, decorative builds, or landscape alterations

• Crops, animals, or utility blocks placed by others

Griefing is not tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.

STATUTE 4 - TRANSPORTATION

Statute 4.1 – Road Ownership

Unless otherwise specified in the exceptions below, all roads, along with the land they occupy, are the property of BlueCandy101_.

Exceptions:

• • Roads located within the island of Cardinia that were not constructed by BlueCandy101_ and are designated as private roads (e.g., roads leading to a privately owned airport). This exception only applies if the road is not used as a major thoroughfare and serves solely to provide access to a player's private property. 

  • Roads constructed by M1no_iskool  in the territory of Fern Field belong to M1no_iskool, and he is responible for their upkeep and maintenance, with the exception of transcontinental / transnational highways, which are the propetry of the Dylandic Transport Authority.

Statute 4.2 – Traffic Signals & Signs

• 4.2.1 - Driving Side

  • Dyland, Cardinia and all roads managed by the Dylandic Tranport Authority are left hand traffic. 

  • Roundabouts are driven in a clockwise direction.

• • Exceptions:

  • Roads managed by winged_aviator in the territory of Fern Field follow left hand traffic, however these roundabouts are driven in an anti-clockwise direction.

• 4.2.2 - Traffic Signals

• • • Dyland uses 3-bulb signals, which follow EN 12368/

  • 4.2.3 - Traffic Signs

    • Dyland, Cardinia, and all highways managed by the Dylandic Transit Authority are equipped with signs. They are measured in kb (kiloblocks).
